Information Technology Company IBM announced on Monday (14 July) that the company has entered into a services agreement with Cincinnati Bell, a provider of integrated communications solutions, to provide strategy consulting services.
Under the terms of the contract, IBM will use its organisation, process and technology expertise to develop a strategic roadmap for Cincinnati Bell, which will reportedly enable Cincinnati Bell to transform its business to meet the demands and opportunities of a converged communications services market.
Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.
