Celerant Consulting has introduced a new benefits package which includes a flexible benefits scheme and a group personal pension (GPP) for the consulting firm's UK staff, as well as a salary sacrifice arrangement around pension contributions into the GPP.

Celerant will contribute between 3 and 20 percent of members' salaries into the GPP, depending on length of service and grade, and staff can choose to pay between 3 and 6 percent via salary sacrifice. The new GPP scheme will replace six different schemes and help increase pension membership to 80 percent.

Celerant's new GPP and flexible benefits scheme were launched by Thomsons Online Benefits. Flexible options include life cover, medical cover, income protection, health screenings, childcare vouchers and pension.

The new plan could be offered to 700 other employees based in Europe, according to Celerant's European HR director Huw Davies.

Celerant Consulting specializes in process management and employs 120 staff in the UK.
